In terms of outsourcing our engineers for off site work, in contrast to a temporary staffing agency, each engineer to be dispatched, goes through skill upgrade and thorough preparation to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is provided.
HINO SYSTECH Dispatches the following engineers who can :
- Prepare logical diagrams.
- Create the system and software for PLCs of foreign manufactures ( Siemens, allen-bradley or Modicon, etc. ) .
- Create the basic specifications ( for inquiry specification ) for touch panels or personal computer DCS.
- Prepare instrument panel instructions with P&I.
- Analyze the existing PLC software and change it to new software.
- Start up ( hardware or software ) in and out of Japan.
- Instruct foreign workers on modification work.
- Design with special CAD ( E-PLAN or E-CAD, etc. ) .
HINO SYSTECH does not consider itself to be a temporary staffing service agency.
Instead, the engineers to be dispatched, are knowledgeable in our products and systems, technically competent in their field of expertise and are able to perform at a level high enough to meet the requirements of our clients.
Also we select a suitable engineer with the appropriate skills to match each client.
Although individual engineers are dispatched, they are provided with backup from our team, so in essence a total company support system is provided to the client.
